The much teased and hugely anticipated reveal trailer for Modern Warfare 2 has just dropped over at the official Modern Warfare 2 site and it is truly some heart thumping action if ever I saw some.  They are certainly making every effort to make the connect with Call of Duty 4 in terms of a directly continuing story. Trailer after the ju... who am I kidding, you've already clicked.

Whilst trying to secure a copy of the deliciously brutal UFC 2009 Undisputed today it has come to my attention that numerous retailers have sold out, with the majority of copies flying off shelves on the day of release.  It isn't due to insufficient ordering either.

Gametrailers just aired even more footage of the super-hyped Modern Warfare 2 - the sequel to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. It features new scenes of riot police and airports as well as the same teaser footage Gametrailers have already shown us. I guess in this day and age we should come to expect that they'll be doing trailers and teasers for trailers and teasers.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine Review

Written by Drew | Friday, 22 May 2009 13:05

Finding a gamer in 2009 yet to be burned by a movie licence adaptation would certainly be a feat of some note.  Quality renditions of our favourite silver screen protagonists are so rare that these iterations are lauded as instant classics(Goldeneye, Escape From Butcher Bay) and while the number of titles meeting those lofty standards could be counted on one hand, the faithful secretly hope their favourite character's foray into the interactive medium will be the next exception to the rule. A more realistic expectation is for an adaptation of a tried and true game mechanic handled by a quality developer capturing the feel of the central character and only loosely following the movie's story on which it is based.  X-Men Origins: Wolverine is that game. That's right, no more codes needed here! If that wasn't enough for you, or unfortunatelyyou don't own a PS3, a 2nd Red Faction Demo is destroying (just had to) both the PSN Store and Xbox Live Arcade. This new demo is for the online multi-player component of the game. For some single player demo impressions you can read this. Ok, Quick, Run along and download these now. (Stop staring at me like that)
