Ask anyone on the forums, I am the resident Playstation 3 fanboy; I have owned all Sony's consoles and never really cared for a gaming system that didn't bear the Sony badge. Yet the other week something strange happened. I bought an Xbox 360, and I liked it. Actually that doesn't sound right, I really liked it. I liked it enough to throw my fanboy notions out the window, but a question popped up in my head. A question that no dedicated fanboy could ever truly answer. Which is the better gaming console? The Playstation 3 or the Xbox 360. Tags:

A true sandbox game gives its developers freedom to completely explore the world in surprising ways with intriguing stories that can be as close or as far removed from its original content as the developer pleases. Rockstar's Liberty City from Grand Theft Auto IV is proving to be one of the great sandbox games of our generation. It's allowing Rockstar the freedom to tell cinematic stories without constraint and further cements GTA IV and all its expansions as one of the greatest games of all time.

A friend once whinged to me about why he hated Grand Theft Auto IV. His problem was that he couldn't get past the fact that they'd taken the comical and the exaggerated out of its formula and replaced these key, popular elements with reality. He further argued that if he wanted to drive down the street to grab a burger, or to take a girl out to dinner that he could do that in real life and didn't find it entertaining that he could do this from the comfort of his living room lounge. My friend would hate Fast Food Panic. I think it's flat out one of the most fun games to hit the Wii in a long while.

Ahhhh, the unveiling of a new Achievement List. It only enhances the anticipation for an impressive looking title to see an Achievement list crafted with the same love, care and skill as the game itself. One that rewards skill and creativity in lieu of grinding and enhances replayability is truly one to savour.
