I will admit that I am the least qualified person to report on this. Aside from the fact that I'm simply a videogame blogger and not a journalist, my knowledge of DJing starts and ends with hitting shuffle on my iPod. Regardless, DJ Jazzy Jeff will be a playable character in the new DJ Hero game from Activision.
“I am very, very excited DJ culture is finally getting its due. To have a song in DJ Hero is a dream come true; to be a character someone can pick up the controller and select you and play is probably the biggest thing to happen to me in my career,” said DJ Jazzy Jeff. “Music is so much a part of everyone’s life, DJ Hero is going to appeal to almost everybody.”
Things I learned today. DJ Jazzy Jeff is a real DJ. DJ Jazzy Jeff is a Grammy winning real DJ. DJing is considered a talent and a profession. All DJs use Macbook Pros (Will confirm whether they actually use iTunes and Playlists). DJ Shadow, DJ Z-Trip, Grandmaster Flash and DJ AM all appear along side DJ Jazzy Jeff in Activision's Dj simulator. Lindsay Lohan's missus DJ Samantha Ronson does not.
Anybody looking forward to this game? Will you fork out hundreds of dollars for a Fisher Price scratching peripheral?

If you have a weak heart or high blood pressure then please, I warn you, what you are about to see will get you more excited than the time you found out Sandy Mathison "like liked" you in grade 8. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the first multiplayer gameplay footage for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

I had about forty articles ready to role with all the Halo news coming out of San Diego Comic Con (an event I will one go to, even if its just my ashes). But for the sake of our front page to try and make it look like we’re not a Halo fan site and to avoid our resident PS3 fanboy Sam from having a tension related aneurysm I have condensed it into one post.
Read on and learn what’s in store for John 117 and friends.

It’s strange but the recently announced DLC for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed sounds so good I almost want to buy it and play it over again just to be prepped to get this DLC.
For Star Wars fans, people who actually went to the movies to see the originals, this just sounds too cool to resist.

Craig from All Age Gaming has a write up on the new Ashes Cricket 2009 game that might actually get me playing a cricket game. The last cricket game that I played was a free PC game that came from a Sanitarium Weet Bix box and had my brother and I hooked for about 3 months. Obviuosly, after reading Craig's preview of the demo now available on the Xbox LIve Marketplace and PSN, things have a changed a lot.

Comic-Con is upon us and, for whatever reason, means that it's time for videogame publishers to show off their games. Namely, Naughty Dog are showing gameplay footage of one of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves' incredible looking multiplayer modes - Gold Rush.

A quick word to the wise, or at least the wise enough to have played or planning to play inFamous, that there is an infamous comic floating around the web. Oh by the way if you haven’t played inFamous or aren’t planning on playing it then maybe you should read my review again, just to push it on you even more.
