UPDATED: Click through for some screenshots of Broken Steel that appeared online after I really did go to bed. Sneaky interwebs.
So I'm about to go to bed when the first word on Broken Steel, the third and final (for the time being only I hope) DLC for Fallout 3 is released.
Damn you Interwebs! Let me sleeeeep!

Just a quick note to say that EA has confirmed that Brutal Legend will be rocking your world on October 13 in the US and October 16 for Europe (and hopefully Australia).
Tim Schafer is reportedly delighted with the announcement and suggests that EA may rename the entire month 'Rocktober'. I am, reportedly, orgasmic at the news.

You kids with your new fangled HD next gen whatchamajiggers. Back in my day we just had a potato and a piece of string and we had plenty of uncomfortable fun of the self discovery kind with that. We also had a Playstation 2.
I’ve resisted trumping up the PS2 games because its last gen and shoule completely ignored just like the Xbox and Gamecube are (up until they became 'retro' who makes these bullshiat rules anyway). But the truth of it is I really think the PS2 had the best games library of any console so far, or at least the most well rounded. One of the very best series on the PS2 (and PSP) was Jak and Daxter.

So Mathew Perry plays it, Bethesda plan on turning it into a TV show and/or movie and the next downloadable episode should be appearing in the next few weeks. Fallout is hot stuff.

Coming up on the Xbox 360’s initial release Ninety Nine Nights and Dead Rising were often used to highlight the number of individual animated units the system could generate on screen.
It was a lot.
The game has a sequel on its way and the screenshots are looking pretty swanky.

I loath the TV show Friends and just about everyone attributed with it. I viewed it as a magical fantasy world promoted to children as what real life would be like when they leave home. With the character leading lives just a little less fantasy based than Xena: Warrior Princess.
Unfortunately my wife liked the show, in particularly pill popping, car crashing, single character portraying celebrity Mathew Perry. As a result of her enjoyment of this… person, I’ve had to watch such movies as… that one where he was pretending to be gay or… that one where he knocked up Salma Hayek. IMDB might prove me wrong but I think that’s all he’s done.
